I am in love with this coffee! I’m usually not a fan of blends…but this…THIS is different! It’s everything I would want to both smell and taste if I could have told the Roaster exactly what I wanted. I’m super picky…a coffee snob some would say (thank you for the compliment)! It is obvious that great care and love (not to mention a little science) went into this roast. Upon unzipping the bag, the fresh smell was and is intoxicating…(like roll your eyes in the back of your head kind of intoxicating,) and hoping that no one was looking as I headed toward the burr grinder, salivating, and secretly chanting “mine, mine, mine.” Every aspect of this blend is a delight. From retrieving the scented package in the mailbox and wondering how in the world my mail carrier let go of that black gold contained inside…morning couldn’t come soon enough. So, I did what any true coffee lover would do…immediately ground some beans and put on a fresh pot! (Did I happen to mention “mine, mine mine”?) Good News Roasters gets my 5* review, respect and my repeat business because it is WELL DESERVED. Coffee cups up to the precise Roaster, whom I’m quite certain is also an incredible Barista!
