Our Story & Mission
Good News Roasters is a faith-based micro coffee roasting business in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, founded in 2021 by Kent and Lisa, lifelong entrepreneurs and coffee enthusiasts. After relocating from Virginia in 2020 and selling Lisa’s network marketing business, they pursued their calling to craft organic coffee with purpose. Guided by love for God, community, and exceptional coffee, we select organic fair-trade beans and roast in small batches for fresh, fragrant, and delicious flavors. Everything we serve is organic, and part of our profits supports the poor, homeless, widows, and orphans.
Our Mobile Café & Events
Since 2022, our mobile coffee café has roamed Hamilton County and surrounding areas in East and Middle Tennessee, serving delightful organic coffee drinks to Chattanooga’s streets. Fueled by community support and our triumphant 2023, we’re passionate about spreading joy, one cup at a time.
